At Eagle Technologies, we feel that part of why we have been successful since 1953 is because we have trained generations of young people. We help educate and pass along the knowledge we have learned to the next generation. Our apprenticeship program is very attractive to those interested in learning Machine Tool, Electrical and Machining. Our apprentice program is a 4 year long program, that offers innovation and an opportunity to learn a professional skill set in advance manufacturing of special machines. Our Apprenticeships will start on April 1 and October 1 of each year.
The Apprentice/Employee will receive very attractive benefits, including paid vacation, ten paid holidays, health plans, paid life insurance plan and FSA. Other benefits include 401K, matching 401K plans and discretionary company contribution.
The objective of the program is to prepare the Eagle employee for a high paying career as a Tool Maker, Electrical Technician, or a Machinist, as well as work toward an opportunity to join our Engineering Group.
