Structural Welding is a certificate program designed to prepare students for the American Welding Society structural welding qualification test numbers D1-SM-F4-P-A-L, a national certification. Students will be presented information on the materials being used, hand and power tools for the job, safety in the workplace, and the correct procedures for the tasks designed.
Graduates of the program will find employment opportunities with industrial contractors, ship yards, machine shops, fabrication shops, and manufacturing facilities.
