To set up your IndigoPathway program, we just need a few details from you. Please complete the form below, and our team will begin creating your organization’s Survey links and Dashboard. We’ll be in touch within three business days with next steps and everything you need to get started.

Student version targets middle school through high school. Adult version targets post-secondary and any career-seeking adult.


Each Dashboard comes with a maximum of two Survey links. The Survey links will appear in your Dashboard as separate data sets.
