Led by Advance CTE, this nationally recognized framework organizes the workforce into 14 modern Career Clusters that reflect how industries operate today. It helps learners connect what they’re good at with a wide range of future opportunities—whether that means college, career training, starting a business, or jumping straight into a job that makes a difference.

We brought our expertise in motivation and career readiness, along with feedback from nationwide Industry Advisory Groups, ensuring the clusters reflect the real world and open doors for every learner.
