Indigo Education Company has ceased operations. While Indigo Education Company has concluded its work, Indigo Impact continues to serve young people through its own charitable programs. Indigo Impact is a separate and independent nonprofit organization operating under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code since 2014. It is not the same entity as Indigo Education Company.

Explore the World of Work Through the Career Clusters Framework
The world of work is changing—and people need better ways to explore careers that fit their interests, strengths, and values. That’s why we built IndigoPathway on the foundation of the newly updated National Career Clusters® Framework.
Led by Advance CTE, this nationally recognized framework organizes the workforce into 14 modern Career Clusters that reflect how industries operate today. It helps learners connect what they’re good at with a wide range of future opportunities—whether that means college, career training, starting a business, or jumping straight into a job that makes a difference.
Indigo Education Company was proud to work with WestEd and Advance CTE as part of the national effort to modernize the framework. We brought our expertise in motivation and career readiness, along with feedback from nationwide Industry Advisory Groups, ensuring the clusters reflect the real world and open doors for every learner.
At Indigo, we work with CTE programs, higher education institutions, and organizations across the country to help learners discover who they are and where they’re headed.
